PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic forming method and a hydraulic forming device for saving the space and suppressing wrinkles and cracks. SOLUTION: This hydraulic forming device comprises an upper forming die 1 with a recessed part 4 formed therein, a lower forming die 2 to hold a plate stock 3 together with a forming surface of the recessed part 4 of the upper forming die 1, one or more drawing bead projecting parts 10 and 13 provided on the lower forming die 2 and protruded toward the direction of the forming surface of the recessed part 4 of the upper forming die 1, cam drives 11 and 14 and cam drive devices 12 and 15 to drive the drawing bead projecting parts 10 and 13. A forming medium 7 is introduced between the stock 3 in the recessed part 4 and the lower forming die 2 via a forming medium introduction hole 8 while controlling the flow-in of the stock 3 into the recessed part 4 by projecting or recessing the drawing bead projecting parts 10 and 13, and the stock 3 is formed along the recessed part 4 by the hydraulic pressure of the forming medium 7.
