PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen printer capable of uniformizing a transfer amount (a coating amount) of printing paste by minimizing a use amount of the printing paste for a screen printer and carrying out optimization of a filling amount and optimization of plate-separation. SOLUTION: One end part of a belt pulley mechanism 1 is arranged in close vicinity to a squeegee, and a screen 3 is arranged in contact with the squeegee 2 to form a space 6 into which the printing paste 5 can be sent. In the space 6, a force for pushing the paste 5 of the belt pulley mechanism 1 and a force for pushing the paste 5 of the squeegee 2 are respectively controlled. After filling into a screen pattern hole 3a, a pressure adjusting room 11 is controlled to push the printing paste 5 filled in the screen pattern hole 3a out to a body 4 to be printed.
