METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COATED STEEL PLATE HAVING GOOD APPEARANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a coated steel plate having a good appearance in which a coat winding phenomenon to a roll coater is not generated and no flash rust is generated even in the case of manufacturing the coated steel plate by coating the steel plate with a water base coating liquid containing an organic resin by using a coating line directly bonded to a final annealing furnace and drying/baking the same. SOLUTION: This coated steel plate having the good appearance is manufactured by washing an annealed steel plate with water; coating it with a water base coating liquid containing a resin; drying it by regulating the time until the temperature of the steel plate becomes 100°C from completion of the coating to 10 seconds or less; and raising the temperature to a predetermined temperature and baking it.
