PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NMR apparatus capable of simultaneously measuring plural samples using general-purpose probe while effectively utilizing magneto- static space of an SCM. SOLUTION: In the NMR apparatus for performing NMR measurement using magnetic field generated by the SCM, a prove capable of irradiating high-frequency pulse to the samples and sensing high-frequency signals emitted from the samples is disposed within the SCM, wherein one SCM is arranged to be able to accommodate at least two probes. The two probes are respectively inserted, toward the inside of the SCM, into both ends of a hole bored along the axis of the SCM connecting with the external world. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
