PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic opening and closing driving device of a flush toilet opening and closing valve capable of flowing the quantity of water complying with a purpose to be used without being directly operated by a toilet user as well as simply being mounted by using the existing toilet washing device left unchanged. SOLUTION: The automatic opening and closing driving device 1 comprises a driving transfer means 12 for giving a valve opening operation to an opening and closing lever 4A of the opening and closing valve 4 by operation of a driving source 10, a controller for controlling operation of an electric motor 10, a voice outputting means continuously or intermittently outputting voice for a predetermined time from time when the user starts to use, a detection device for detecting a starting time and a finishing time of the user and a counter for counting time from a starting time to a finishing time, and the controller stores a counting reference value by the counter as a standard for deciding volume of flowing water for making an outflow of washing water, at the same time, the controller stores at least two kinds of relative length for a valve opening operation time by large or small of discrete value against the counting reference value, and the quantity of flowing water to the toilet 5 is controlled by making it correspond to the number of counts used by the user.
