PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor support structure for omitting or simplifying a pedestal, and easily performing finishing work of a surface when stretching an impervious sheet over the surface of a bearing plate and the pedestal. SOLUTION: This anchor support structure 10 has an anchor 1 having a tip part fixed to the bearing ground 5 by reaching up to the stable bearing ground 5 in the ground, and having a rear end part buried in the ground so as to project from the ground surface, the bearing plate 2 for fixing the rear end part of the anchor 1 on the ground surface, a cylindrical burying member 3 buried in the ground just under this bearing plate 2 so as to abut to the bearing plate 2, and surround the anchor 1 from the outside, and forming a projection 31 on an outside surface, and a grout layer 4 arranged in close contact in the burying member 3 and the ground by applying grout between the outside surface of this burying member 3 and the ground.
