PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temporary fixing unit for wiring, which unit facilitates fixing work and the maintenance of appliances such as lighting apparatuses after the wiring is fixed. SOLUTION: This temporary fixing unit for fixing wiring provided on the rear side of a cabinet comprises an elastic retaining means provided adjacently to a through hole communicating with the appliances on the front side of the cabinet and having a free end at the side of the through hole for retaining a wiring cord.
