摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of a hard and brittle alloy layer which has low toughness on the joining of casing made of stainless steel and piping made of aluminum. SOLUTION: In a state where a joining member 114 with a three layered structure consisting of stainless steel, nickel and aluminum is arranged on the space between piping 123 and 133 made of aluminum and casing 110 made of stainless steel, the aluminum layer 114c in the joining member 114 and piping 123 and 133 are brazed, and the stainless steel layer 114a in the joining member 114 and the casting 110 are welded. Thus, the nickel layer 114b functions as a diffusion prevention layer on the brazing stage, so that the generation of a four element based alloy layer of aluminum (Al), silicon (Si), iron (Fe) and chromium (Cr) on the joining member 114 can be suppressed.</p>
