A packaging system (10) for tube stock continuous film media (20). The syste m forms a bag, fills the bag with product, and seals the bag. A floating platen (30) is used to separate the two layers of the tu be stock continuous film media during processing. The system is suitable with a wide variety of different types of media, and forms an aesthetically pleasing package.
