FIELD: cosmetology. SUBSTANCE: invention elates to a novel cosmetic composition. The composition contains in cosmetically acceptable medium at least one copolymer of dimethicone with ethylene unsaturation with dimethicone with viscosity value from 106 to 100 x 106 sP and at least one specific conditioning agent. The invention relates also to method for treatment of keratin materials, for example, hair and to usage of silicon copolymer as a conditioning agent in cosmetic composition containing a conditioning agent. The composition is used for washing and care for keratin materials, for example, hair, skin, eyelashes, eyebrows, nails, lips, head hairy skin. The composition provides cosmetic properties (smoothing, lightness, softness) without oiling keratin fibers. EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of composition. 19 cl, 1 ex
