FIELD: cleaning and sorting of loose materials, mainly grain from light admixtures by air flow. SUBSTANCE: proposed pneumatic separator includes pneumatic separating passage with transversal port for introducing material to be separated where feeder is mounted on shaft and made in form of set of bladed coils of different diameters. Generatrix of feeder is made according to brachistochrone with convex side towards pneumatic separating passage. EFFECT: improved quality of separation due to smooth distribution of loose material in pneumatic separating passage. 1 dwg |
