PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit for expanding an input voltage range by raising the output voltage equal to or higher than a certain level when input voltage at a differential stage is low. SOLUTION: Control voltage (BN) is set so that an added transistor is turned on when a driving circuit is connected in parallel with a transistor (213) the control terminal of which forms a non-inverted input terminal among a pair of transistors (213, 214) constituting a differential pair, control voltage is impressed on the control terminal, a transistor (216) with the same polarity as that of the differential pair is added, and input voltage (Vin) to the non-inverted input terminal is within the range where the transistor the control terminal of which forms the non-inverted input terminal is turned off.
