PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter circuit integrated electric compressor improved in inverter circuit cooling performance. SOLUTION: An upper side surface of a motor housing 121 is provided with a casing 131 formed of a box part 131a integrally formed with the motor housing 121 and a cover part 131, and the inverter circuit 130 is housed in the casing 131. A power transistor 133 and a capacitor 134 of the inverter circuit 130 are arranged to abut on a bottom surface 122 formed in response to shape of these elements, and cooled by the intake coolant flowing in the motor housing 121.
