PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect exactly normal-defective condition of flux filling state of flux-care wire even during starting of running of wire to be inspected at the beginning of manufacturing wire or the like in the wire forming drawing process. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a ridge circuit 3 with two sides in series respectively composed of a coil 4 for the wire to be inspected and a coil 5 for the standard wire, and further is equipped with a signal processing circuit 9 which, from the output signals of wire running velocity detector 18 of the wire 1 to be inspected and the bridge circuit 3, takes out the detracted output of flux filling state, and on the other hand based on the output of velocity detector 18, obtained a correction output corresponding to the amount of decrease of the output of detector generating owing to the running of wire 1 to be inspected through the flux filling rate is constant, and then sent out the flux filling state detecting output corrected by the correction output. Furthermore, the device is equipped with normal/defective decision circuit 19 to give normal/defective decision of flux filling state of the wire 1 to be inspected in comparison of the output of circuit 9 with the comparison level. |
