PURPOSE: An organic waste drying system is provided to dry other waste step by step using evaporation steam generated during drying of a certain amount of organic waste and continuously dry the first dried waste using waste heat of incinerator as pulverizing the first dried waste so that organic waste is promptly and uniformly dried. CONSTITUTION: The organic waste drying system comprises first drying unit(100) comprising two drying chambers connected to each other through valve so that the two drying chambers have different pressure to heat organic waste injected by supplying a heating medium of high temperature and pressure into high pressure drying chamber and heat the organic waste in low pressure drying chamber using evaporation steam discharged from the high pressure drying chamber at the same time; a low pressure evaporation steam circulation unit(200) for removing moisture contained in the evaporation steam and supplying the moisture removed evaporation steam into the low pressure drying chamber again as circulating the evaporation steam discharged from the low pressure drying chamber of the first drying unit; second drying unit(600) having a sealed space into which the waste discharged from the first drying unit is dropped and simultaneously crushing the waste to size smaller than size of the waste during dropping in the sealed space by impacting the dropping waste and supplying hot air into the sealed space; a hot air deodorizing unit(700) for exhausting the deodorized waste hot air by deodorizing waste hot air discharged from the sealed space of the second drying unit; and a waste transfer unit(500) for transferring and dropping the waste discharged from the first drying unit into the sealed space of the second drying unit. |
