<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supply device having good solar heat collecting efficiency of a solar water heater, capable of being manufactured by combining existing water heaters, and simplifying control and maintenance, in a hot-water device combining the solar water heater and an electric water heater. <P>SOLUTION: The solar water heater 1 and the electric water heater 2 are respectively provided with hot-water storage tanks 4, 12.
