SIGNBOARD EASY TO MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE: A signboard easy to manufacture is provided to reduce the manufacturing costs by manufacturing the signboard with one to five centimeters thickness. CONSTITUTION: A signboard frame(110) is a frame which surrounds and supports a signboard(100). A first support plate(120) is formed on an upper layer within the signboard frame(110) and made of acryl. A printing unit(122) is provided with a printed design or letters necessary for a lower end of the first support plate(120). A diffusion film member(140) is formed on a lower end of the printing unit(122) so that light is diffused. An acryl supporting member(150) is located at a lower end of the diffusion film member(140) so that a plurality of light bulbs(190) are inserted into an external surface thereof. A reflecting film member(160) is formed on a lower end of the acryl supporting member(150) so that the light outputted from the plurality of light bulbs(190) is reflected and diffused to an upward direction. An adhesive unit(180) is made of double-sides tape in order to adhere the diffusion film member(140), the acryl supporting member(150), and the reflecting film member(160).
