摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact-constitution rotation detector for detecting rotation at an extremely low speed, close to a zero speed while being operated by a self-power generation function, and to provide an antilock braking device using the rotation detector. <P>SOLUTION: The rotation detector is provided with a generator 4, a magnetometric sensor 23 and a power-supply circuit 24. The generator 4 comprises a stator 17 and a rotor 18, and the rotor 18 is formed as a multipole magnet, having many magnetic poles arranged in the circumferential direction. The magnetometric sensor 13 is installed at the stator 17 or a member 1 supporting the stator so as to detect the magnetic poles in the rotor 18. The power-supply circuit 24 is a circuit, using a generated output of the generator 4 as a power supply of the magnetometric sensor 23. At the stator 17, a wireless transmission means 5A used to transmit the detection signal of the magnetometric sensor 23 is installed.
