<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film having a simple structure and an ideal value of visible light transmittance, being improved in durability, and touch panel using the film. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film 1 comprises a polymer film 10 and a transparent conductive layer 20 layered on at least one side of the polymer film 10.
