<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a salary calculation method for improving efficiency of salary calculation proxy work and proposing new work by connecting a server for attendant management and a salary system performing calculation together via a communication network in proxy work for calculating salary of employees. <P>SOLUTION: This salary calculation proxy processing method is provided with a process for transmitting everyday attendance data of employees from a personal computer 1 to the server B in A1 and recording them, a process in which summarization and recording of the attendance data of the employees in the corresponding month is carried out from a personal computer 2 to A2 by a salary handling operator of a company and the like or carried out from a personal computer 3 to C1 by a salary calculation outsourcing operator, a process in which the outsourcing operator transmits salary original data in C3 to the personal computer 3 for incorporating the data into a package salary system, performs calculation processing, and forms book electronic data in the personal computer 3 after confirmation and verification of the processing result, and a process in which the book electronic data formed and transmitted to the server B to be recorded by the outsourcing operator are obtained from the server 4 via A4 by the salary handling operator for performing salary handling work on the basis of the book. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
