PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for magnetically treating liquid which can be easily wound around a pipe. SOLUTION: The device for magnetically treating liquid is equipped with a plurality of accommodation cases each made of a non-magnetic material and storing a permanent magnet generating a prescribed quantity of magnetic flux. A plurality of these accommodation cases are held in a line by connecting means, and wound around a pipe through which a liquid to be activated flows. The connecting means is composed of pin members each detachably fitted to protrusion/recess fitting between the accommodation cases adjacent to each other and to parts protrusion/recess fitted to each other to maintain the protrusion/recess fitting.
