PURPOSE: An insulating post is provided to prevent a short circuit on the outside of a post, to install and maintain with low expenses and to prevent the external damage of a post. CONSTITUTION: The insulating post contains: a post installed on the ground to support a lamp and to supply power; a circuit prevention stand(40) installed in the post to prevent an inflow of moisture flowing along the inside of the post and including insulating materials; and an installation unit for a power supply unit installed in the circuit prevention stand(40).
