PURPOSE: A tuner using a broadband amplifier is provided to amplify signals received through an antenna regardless of receiving bands by using one broadband amplifier, thereby reducing the size and manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: An antenna(110) receives RF(Radio Frequency) signals. A VHF(Very High Frequency) input circuit(120) processes the VHF signals inputted from the antenna. A UHF(Ultra High Frequency) input circuit(130) processes the UHF signals inputted from the antenna. A broadband amplifier(140) amplifies the RF signals inputted through the VHF input circuit and the UHF input circuit. A VHF RF tuning circuit(150) tunes the RF signals of a VHF band inputted through the broadband amplifier. A UHF RF tuning circuit(160) tunes the RF signals of a UHF band inputted through the broadband amplifier. A mixer(170) mixes the RF signals output from the VHF RF tuning circuit and the RF signals output from the UHF RF tuning circuit with oscillating frequency inputted from the outside for outputting IF(Intermediate Frequency) signals. A local oscillator(180) generates predetermined oscillating frequency for outputting the same to the mixer.
