PURPOSE: A device of processing data for reducing a driving current is provided to perfectly cut off power abandoned to a data processor by using a buffer, in order to reduce the driving current and data processing power consumption, thereby extending a battery life to the maximum. CONSTITUTION: A data processor(140) processes data. An interface(130) connected to the data processor(140) reads or writes the processed data. A logic circuit(120) controls a read or a write operation of the interface(130). A buffer(150) buffers a data signal applied to the interface(130) according to a read control signal of the logic circuit(120) or supplied from the interface(130). A power controller(110) controls power applied to the logic circuit(120), the interface(130), and the data processor(140).
