PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and securely support architectural material, etc., in a vibration proof state. SOLUTION: Vibration proof material 30 includes a hollow member 32 formed of vibration proof material having elasticity and flexibility. The hollow member 32 has the length sufficiently larger than its cross sectional size and is formed so as to have a tapered slender shape in which a hollow portion 34 is elongated over its whole length. A plurality of vibration proof materials 30 are bundled together by binders 38 with their both ends arranged to form a linear aggregation X. A plurality of such linear aggregations X are prepared. Otherwise, an annular aggregation Y curled in a circular shape is formed and a plurality of such annular aggregations Y are prepared. Then, the linear aggregations X or the annular aggregations Y are placed in two rows on a concrete surface 12 of a flat slab 28. Next, base plywood veneers 16 are placed on these linear aggregations X or annular aggregations Y, and finally, a finishing material 18 is attached onto the base plywood veneers 16.
