PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a malfunction in fitting, which is caused by distortion and sand intrusion in the fitting, in a covering member of a drain inlet using a protrusion and a fitting groove. SOLUTION: The drain inlet comprises: the drain inlet (1) for discharging water from a tank body, in which the protrusions (2) are provided on an inner peripheral surface; and the approximately cylindrical covering member whose side surface is provided with a fitting groove (3) which is composed of a vertical groove part (3a), a tapered part (3c) which is extended by communicating with the groove part (3a) and into which the protrusion part (2) is fitted in a vertical direction, or a horizontal groove part (3b) which is provided with a protrusion (3d). The covering member of the drain inlet is constituted in such a manner that an elastic part (4) for adequately adjusting the strength of the fitting is provided in the protrusion (2) or the fitting groove (3).
