<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of condition change such that a credit can be received succeedingly and an excessive fund burden does not occur without losing the profit of period of a buyer even when a seller selling land by installment selling request purchase of the land before the time limit of the installment repayment. <P>SOLUTION: The condition of the installment repayment is recorded as a repayment table beforehand. If a purchase option to an intermediary set on the installment selling condition is exercised, the repayment of the installment price repayment table is changed to the intermediary.
