PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the flow sound of a refrigerant generated from an indoor unit during reheating dehumidifying operation. SOLUTION: A first passage 13 having an on-off valve 5, and a second passage 14 provided in parallel with the first passage and having a throttle mechanism 6, are formed between an upper branch pipe 21 from a first heat exchanger 2, and a lower branch pipe 23 from a second heat exchanger 3. The upper branch pipe 21 is arranged in an inclined state to a horizontal plane. A pipeline 30 of the second passage 14 is connected to the upper branch pipe 21 in a position higher than pipelines 25, 31 of the first passage 13. When the on-off valve 5 is closed in reheating dehumidifying operation and a refrigerant in a two-phase state flows into the second passage 14 from the upper branch pipe 21, the refrigerant changes into a stable state from the unstable state and passes through the throttle mechanism 6.
