PURPOSE: A payment method based on a position of a user terminal, a device thereof, and a system thereof are provided to reduce the burden of purchasing a paid application in the initial installation of the application by performing payment for a license only when the user terminal enters a specific area. CONSTITUTION: A user module unit of a user terminal sets an area for using an application (S1). A positioning module of the user terminal receives real time position information of the user terminal from a positioning server (S2). When the user terminal is included in a current business area, the user module unit performs a payment process (S3,S4). The user module unit controls the application to execute the application through a second service (S5). When the user terminal is included in a private area or other areas, the user module unit does not perform payment and provides a first service through the application (S6).
