PURPOSE: A carbonized product manufacturing apparatus is provided to reinforce effects of harmful substance absorption, far-infrared ray emission and heat distribution by filling brown coal (oval briquettes) or wood in the surrounding space, thereby carbonizing the filled material, and a carbonized product manufacturing method using the same is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a carbonized product manufacturing apparatus comprising outer container(1), inner container(2), inner container supporting part(3) and heat source material(4), the carbonized product manufacturing apparatus is characterized in that the outer container is made of refractory cement is sealable, the inner container supporting part is formed inside the outer container so that the inner container is put on the inner container supporting part, the inner container is a pottery with a dark brown glaze made of natural materials and put on the inner container supporting part, and brown coal or wood as the heat source material is filled into the surrounding space of the inner container to constantly maintain distribution of heating value, wherein the outer container or inner container comprises an open-and-shut means, wherein the inner container is sealed by densely winding a straw rope(5) around the outer part of the inner container and applying viscous ocher(6) onto the straw rope densely wound around the inner container. The carbonized product manufacturing method comprises a step (a) of sealing the pottery with a dark brown glaze after putting raw materials for carbonized product into a pottery with a dark brown glaze that is an inner container; a step (b) of installing the inner container on an inner container supporting part; a step (c) of carbonizing the filled material after filling brown coal or wood into the surrounding space of the inner container; and a step (d) of cooling the carbide, and pulverizing the cooled carbide into powder or grain phase.
