PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve flexibility in an axial direction and to prevent a shaft, a bearing, and the like from being damaged by providing two step sections at a mounting board and mounting a rotary detector. SOLUTION: The rotary detector-mounting board forms lug sections (3, 3) positioned at both the sides of a leaf body (1), and forms each of projections (26, 26) between the lug sections (3, 3) via a second step section (25), thus achieving two step sections (4, 25) in an axial direction and drastically improving the flexibility in the axial direction as compared with before.
