PURPOSE: A forming apparatus of case for cosmetic brush is provided to improve external appearance and quality of product by forming a zonal stripe bent along vertical direction on the outer surface of an artifact formed in a cylinder shape through drawing process. CONSTITUTION: The forming apparatus of case for cosmetic brush comprises a piston(10) which has a certain stroke distance and is reciprocated up and down; a horizontal rotation means for converting vertical straight line motion of the piston(10) into forward and reverse horizontal rotational motions; a mold(30) which is forward and reverse horizontally rotated by the horizontal rotation means and processed in a polygonal face as the upper circumferential surface of vertical hole formed on a central part of the mold(30) is being more narrowly swelled than a lower part of the mold(30); a plurality of guide posts(40) vertically erected with the mold(30) being positioned in the middle of the plurality of guide posts(40); an operating plate(50) which is assembled in such a way that the operating plate(50) is ascended or descended along the guide posts(40), on the center of which a through hole(51) is formed, and at the lower part of which a guide holder is installed, wherein position of the guide holder is fixed by inserting an upper plate part of the artifact having a hollow cap part into the guide holder; and a punch(60) which is connected to the piston(10), which forcibly pushes the hollow cap part of the artifact into the vertical hole of the mold(30) horizontally rotated as descending the operating plate(50) and artifact after the punch is being inserted into the hollow cap part of the artifact by passing through the through hole(51) of the operating plate(50) after it is being descended along with the piston(10), and which is ascended or descended along with the operating plate(50) and artifact according to ascending and descending of the piston(10).
