PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a disk from being inserted while another disk is loaded. SOLUTION: A carrying roller 6 is arranged in the conveyance path from a disk insertion port 4 to a clamp position where a turntable 29 is provided and supported at an eccentric position of a swingable moving member 25 on a clamp position side. Further, an L-shaped projection part GT2 which extends toward the disk insertion port 4 almost at right angles to the conveyance path is formed at an eccentric position of the moving member 25 on the side of the carrying roller 6. When a disk DS inserted into the disk insertion port 4 is carried in by the carrying roller 6 and reaches the clamp position, the moving member 25 swings in a specified direction and moves the carrying roller 6 away from the disk DS to stop the carrying-in operation. At the same time, the projection part GT2 moves into the conveyance path on the side of the disk insertion port 4 as the moving member 25 swings to close the conveyance path, thereby preventing another disk from doubly being inserted.
