PURPOSE: A vacuum cleaner having a cyclone dust collector is provided to conveniently use the cleaner by reducing the size of the cyclone dust collector. CONSTITUTION: A connection tube(112b) is connected to a suction brush side of a vacuum cleaner. A cyclone body(120) has a suction port(112a) connected to the end of the connection tube, and a discharge port(111a) connected to a connection hose(103''). A waste collecting case(130) is installed at the cyclone body, and forms air sucked through the suction port into a spiral air current. The waste collecting case is located at the side of the connecting tube. The side of the connection tube, which is contacted with the waste collecting case, corresponds to the outer side of the waste collecting case.
