PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic film for manufacturing an antistatic synthetic resin plate in which a surface resistivity of the antistatic film (a conductive layer surface) after heat press bonding to a synthetic resin plate is not increased even if a bonding temperature in a heat press for enhancing working efficiency of the heat press bonding is made to be higher. SOLUTION: The antistatic film for manufacturing of the antistatic synthetic resin plate is composed by providing a conductive layer on one side of a plastic film and by providing an undercoat layer comprising a synthetic resin of at least an average polymerization degree of 1,000 or more between the plastic film and the conductive layer.
