The invention relates to a transportable concrete production line composed of two towed platforms 1,2 comprising: overlying silo of aggregates 6, belt conveyors 3,13, mixer 19, weighting complex 18 for cement and water, water tank 17, power generating couple 16 and control cabin 20. The transportable production line is overlapped onto two towed platforms 1,2 transportable by tractor 9 with no special transport process needed. The silo platform 9 is overlapped in two phases: overlapping of the belt conveyor 3, overlapping of the silo parapets 7,8 and overlapping of the feet 10 of the platform. Correspondingly, the platform of the mixer is overlapped in three phases: placing of the platform 11 of the mixer inside the support frame 12, removal of the weighting complex 18 from the upper part of the mixer 19 and placing of same complex into the gap formed between the control cabin 20 and the support frame 12 of the platform of the mixer, overlapping of the belt conveyor 13 at the horizontal position onto the power-producing couple 16 and the water tank 17 and, finally, overlapping of the feet 25. |
