The device includes a micro-chip card of a normalized format, and a complementary box having an insertion slot for the microchip card, this card having a microcircuit capable of producing excitation signals for a sound transducer. The box incorporates a connector, an electric battery and a sound transducer. When the user introduces the card in the box, this feeds the microcircuit, thus activating the sound emitter to produce a sound.
