PURPOSE: A utility bag is provided to be used as hot or wet pack, pillow, pad or cushion as the bag has an inner space with the gel of high absorptive polymer to give hot or wet pack effect, and an air-charging space to maintain flexibility. CONSTITUTION: The utility bag includes plural sheets of resin(1) whose peripheral circumference is coupled to more than two spaces(2) in the inner side to be overlapped together; an internal space(20) in one side of the more than two spaces(2) where ground germanium, loess and jade including high absorptive polymer or other kinds of small ball-shaped materials are selectively put; and a charging space(22) in the other side of the more than two spaces(2) where air is charged; plural coupling part(26) in the upper and lower sides of the spaces(2).
