PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program execution device that can effectively use two processors without causing an excess or deficit operating rate of both processors. SOLUTION: The program execution device comprises a plurality of processors, measures the operating rate per certain time of the first processor, and executes control whereby, if the operating rate measured before the execution of a first processor code is larger than a first processor limit threshold, the first processor does not execute processing specified by the first processor code, but instead the second processor different in instruction set architecture from the first processor executes a second processor code specifying processing corresponding to the processing.
