<p>The suction cup ring is for production of holes in smooth, particularly tiled floor surfaces, particularly with a diamond boring tool and comprises an elastically deformable, particularly rubber-elastic material forming a ring body, the under side of which has a ring-shaped sealing lip component locatable on the smooth surface to be processed by the boring tool. A ring body inner chamber (9) is fillable particularly with water, in which the boring tool works and is sealed against water outlet. The wall (11) of the ring body inner chamber is formed cylindrically and is vertical to the floor surface. By pressure on the suction cup ring, the inclinedly, outwardly directed walls (12,13) of the sealing lips are pressed against the floor surface.</p> |
