The invention relates to a method and a device for filling housings of electric components with volatile liquids, in particular the housings of passive electric components or electrochemical cells and for sealing said housings. The method can be carried out using a chamber that can be evacuated (1), a transport device (2) for transporting the components (4), a pressurised gas device (9, 12, 13, 14) for generating a pressurised gas atmosphere in the chamber, a filling device (5, 8, 11, 15) for filling a component (4) with a volatile liquid, a sealing device (6, 17) for sealing the component (4) and a programmable sequence control device (10), which controls the transport device (2), the pressurised gas device (9, 12, 13, 14), the filling device (5, 8, 11, 15) and/or the sealing device (6) in such a way that said devices interact in a predetermined manner. |
