PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent consecutive fraudulent acts of stealing game media from a game medium dispenser. SOLUTION: The game medium dispenser is provided with: a paper money supply detection sensor 81 which detects supply of paper money; and a reserved quantity detection sensor 117 which detects the reserved quantity of the game media reserved in a dispenser body. The dispenser is also provided with a replenishment judging part 233 which judges whether or not game media need to be replenished into the dispenser body based on detected information d81 of the paper money supply detection sensor 81 and detected information d117 of the opening and closing detection sensor 117. The replenishment judging part 233 judges that the game media need to be replenished on condition that the detected information d81 is detected information showing occurrence of supply of the paper money and that the detected information d117 is detected information showing that the reserved quantity is not larger than a prescribed quantity.
