Soft, noise absorbing cover for hollow plastic wheels as attached to movable toys for small children

Various kinds of movable toys like cars, trikes, model tractors, et cetera, are made of plastic and fitted with hollow plastic wheels which develop a substantial level of noise when moved across a rigid surface. The noise absorbing cover can be made of solid rubber (1) or a rubber mesh, joined to each of the wheels and kept in position by elastic borders located at both edges of the cover.
