A process for preparation of polyisocyanate-polyaddition products by reaction of isocyanates with compounds reactive to isocyanates, optionally in the presence of propellants, catalysts, additives, and/or adjuvants, where the compounds reactive to isocyanates include at least a polyetherol which has at least one alpha, beta-unsaturated carbonyl unit is new. Independent claims are included for: (1) a polyisocyanate-polyaddition product (PPA) obtainable as above; (2) a process for preparation of polyetherols by alkoxylation of at least one starter substance with alkylene oxide, having at least one alpha, beta-unsaturated carbonyl unit.
