When the heat exchanger body (40) is rotated in the raw material liquid, the raw material liquid is distributed over the entire areas of the clearances in the fins (57) and adhered to the entire surfaces of the fins (57). When the heat exchanger body (40) is rotated in the air, excess raw material liquid stagnated in the clearances of the fins (57) is splashed, and the film of the raw material liquid is formed on the entire surfaces of the fins (57). |
