Conditioning unit of room atmosphere

The air conditioning system has central heat generating/cold generating or mixed device (9) adapted to supply hot/cold fluids to the rooms (2). A first heat exchanger (4) in both rooms are connected by pipes (10-12) to the central device. A second heat exchanger in each room (2) has a fan to induce fresh atmospheric air flows into the rooms and to vent stale air from the rooms over the same heat exchanger. The air flows through individual ducts over individual heat exchangers in each room.
