摘要 A submerged membrane coupled wastewater treatment apparatus is provided to improve the removal efficiency of organic matters, nitrogen and phosphorous, prevent bulking of sludge or drop of settling efficiency, and clear the installation cost of a settling pond by removing a final settling pond and installing a membrane submerged tank in a wastewater treatment system, thereby maintaining microorganisms in the membrane submerged tank at a high concentration. A submerged membrane coupled wastewater treatment apparatus comprises: a contact tank(1) operated in an aerobic or anaerobic condition to adsorb organic matters in influent onto activated sludge or adsorb the toxic substances if toxic substances are contained in the influent; an activated sludge separating tank(2) for separating organic matter-adsorbed activated sludge and supernatant from wastewater to transfer the supernatant to the nitrification reactor and transfer the organic matter-adsorbed activated sludge to the denitrification reactor; a filtration column(3) for filtering the solid materials using a filter media(31) such that solid materials are not flown into the nitrification reactor; a nitrification reactor(4) for increasing nitrification efficiency of ammonia nitrogen using a carrier/medium(41) and inducing a channel flow into a tubular flow to remove ammonia nitrogen; a denitrification reactor(5) for denitrifying nitrate flown in from the nitrification reactor; an intermittent aerating reactor(6) for denitrifying non-removed nitrate, decomposing organic nitrogen into ammonia nitrogen, and nitrifying and denitrifying the decomposed ammonia nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen flown in from the activated sludge separating tank; an anoxic tank(7) for denitrifying nitrates nitrified in the intermittent aerating reactor, and circulating non-denitrified nitrates, non-decomposed organic nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen to the denitrification reactor; and a membrane submerged tank(8) for separating activated sludge and supernatant from wastewater to discharge the supernatant and return the activated sludge to the contact tank. Further, a submerged typed ultrafiltration film is installed in the membrane submerged tank.
