PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress defective dots and to absorb variation in setting a platen gap, thereby maintaining high quality in printing. SOLUTION: A cross section area of a core 44 that a distance of protruding a wire from a recording head 18 is not less than a predetermined level is made to be greater than a cross section of a core 44 that a distance of protruding a wire from the recording head 18 is less than a predetermined level. An area of a face of an armature 46B opposite to the core 44 forming a wire lever section 46 corresponding to the core that the distance of protruding the wire from the recording head 18 is not less than the predetermined level is made to be greater than an area of a face of an armature 46B opposite to the core 44 forming a wire lever section 46B corresponding to the core 44 that the distance of protruding the wire from the recording head 18 is less than the predetermined level.
