PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coated metallic sheet suitable for preventing a sticker wherein a film having innumerable exploded bubbles is provided. SOLUTION: The coated metallic sheet is provided by establishing a film having a plurality of crater-like irregularities on a surface of the metallic sheet.
