The remote control device (1000) for at least one apparatus comprises: - a gyroscope in a moving part of the device, - an electrical supply means of the gyroscope, - a detector for detecting the geometric configuration of the device or for detecting a finger of a user bearing on a part of the device, - a means for controlling the electrical supply of the gyroscope, only when the configuration is a predetermined configuration and - a means for transmitting a control signal for controlling at least one apparatus depending on the signals provided by the gyroscope when the gyroscope is supplied with power. In the embodiments, the configuration detector carries out a configuration detection at longer time intervals before a predetermined geometrical configuration is detected than after said configuration is detected. |
